Mark Reading is the Regional Manager for the North West.

Mark joined Capacitybuilders in May this year from the Cheshire & Warrington ChangeUp consortium, where he was the consortium Coordinator and Assistant Chief Executive of the Cheshire Community Council, the rural community council for the county.

Regional stakeholder event   

Working in partnership with the BIG Lottery Fund, Capacitybuilders hosted 'Knowledge, Practice and Success' on 24 February 2010 in Salford.  This invite only event brought together Capacitybuilders' and BASIS grant holders and other regional stakeholders to share learning and best practice.

Agenda included:

• a presentation of national funded programme and how they can help regional organisations
• the chance to meet Regional Manager and Grants Officer
