Delivery plan 2007/2008
There are three phases to the Destination 2014 strategic framework: 2007/08, 2008/11, 2011/14.
Delivery plan
The first phase identifies work activity undertaken by Capacitybuilders during the financial year 2007/08.
Progress and milestones
All Capacitybuilders activity outlined in the three phase delivery plan, has clear timescales and milestones and we will endeavour to demonstrate progress throughout each piece of work.
At the launch of the consultation on our strategy, Chris Pond, Capacitybuilders’ Chair, said “the objectives and targets set out in Destination 2014 are carved in polystyrene and not in stone”.
Updated delivery plans
As such, Destination 2014 will continue to evolve over time and any amendments to the delivery plan timetable will be clearly communicated on our website.
