April 2008 sees the beginning of a new phase of ChangeUp
2008/11
Capacitybuilders' Corporate Plan for 2008/11 sets out priorities and objectives for the next three years in the context of the Government's Third Sector Review and renewed investment in the ChangeUp programme of £88.5 million for 2008/11.
Priorities and challenges
Destination 2014 sets the following priorities and challenges for Capacitybuilders in 2008/11:
- implementing new programmes
- ongoing evaluation of programmes and the ChangeUp framework
- encouraging more effective and productive support organisations through driving forward collaboration and, where appropriate, mergers
- developing a consistent approach to the setting of performance standards for support organisations
- investing funds to address particularly weak areas within one or two regions
- developing influential relationships with other funders of support services.
