Calls for expressions of interest in the evaluation of ChangeUp
Capacitybuilders has begun the process of commissioning the evaluation of ChangeUp by inviting expressions of interest to tender for this piece of work.

ChangeUp
The governments ten year ‘ChangeUp’ programme is managed by Capacitybuilders and aims to build the capacity of support services in the third sector at local, regional and national levels. Government investment for 2004–08 was £150m with a further £88.5m confirmed for 2008-11.
The Evaluation of ChangeUp
The evaluation will focus primarily on the impact ChangeUp has had on support services and the subsequent impact on frontline organizations at local, regional and national levels.
It will have to take into account the complex policy and operational environment in which the programme has been implemented.
The brief for the evaluation will include a retrospective evaluation of the 2004–08 period, and an ongoing evaluation of the 2008–11 programmes.
What we are looking for
We have called for people with experience of the third sector, support services, grant making, policy analysis and research experience / academic credentials.

The expressions of interest closing deadline has now passed.
Organisations how have applier, will now be shortlisted and invited to respond to a full invitation to tender.
