Strategic framework

In December 2006, we published our strategic framework document - Destination 2014 – in a draft form for consultation.

The three month consultation ensured a wide range of voices from across the third sector were able to feed into the development of this framework.

Destination 2014 - delivery plan

There are three phases to the Destination 2014 strategic framwork: 2007/08, 2008/11, 2011/14.

Each of the three phases is categorised against one of the five key organisational objectives.

A full copy of Destination 2014 is available to download, along with the 'Consultation and Context' document which serves a companion to the strategy providing an overview of what was said during the consulation, placing our work in context and demonstrating how our strategy will affect three key groups: frontline organisations, support providers and government and other funders.
