Sir Roger Singleton CBE is currently Chair of the Independent Safeguarding Authority.
He has 20 years’ experience at governance level as Trustee, Chair and Treasurer of the National Council of Voluntary Child Care Organisations.
Sir Roger is also a former Chief Executive of Barnardo’s and led the charity from providing predominantly residential care in 120 children’s homes to supporting vulnerable children in their own homes and families.
